Customer Service and Support:

Stock Availability:

We aim to keep all items in stock and to keep the stock status on the website as up to date as possible.  The default availability time for items that are in stock is 2-3 days, all items that are not currently in stock will have a longer availability time depending on how long it will take us to get more stock. If you place an order and the availability time is going to longer than shown on the site we will email you within 24 hours to advise you of the new availability time.

Prices:

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.  All prices shown include VAT at the current rate.

Placing an order:

We aim to make placing an order as quick and easy as possible.  Just add the items that you wish to purchase to your cart and when you have finished shopping click on "checkout".  You will then be asked for the details needed to complete the order.  All details provided will only be used in relation to your order and will never be passed on to any third parties.  Once an order has been placed you will receive a purchase order email, this is to indicate that we have received your order.  Please check all details including contact details, delivery address (including post code), items ordered, quantities and price and let us know immediately if there are any errors.  If you wish to add to an order please contact us via email and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will update it for you, the order will not be dispatched until any additional items have been paid for in full.  If the order has already been dispatched we will contact you and any additions will be dealt with as a separate order and delivery charges will apply.

Payment:

Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card on our site, you can also pay securely using PayPal.  If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us and we will be happy to give you details of how to do this.  All payments are currently processed through PayPal.  You do not need to hold a PayPal account to be able to make payment.  Your card information is held on a PayPal server and we do not have access to this information.  Paypal uses electronically and physically guarded servers which are also protected by an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet.  Your card information is encrypted in transit from your computer to the server using SSL technology.  Our site is also secured using SSL technology (up to 256-bit) so all information you enter when you check out is encrypted.

Cancellation of an Order:

You can cancel your order at any time up until the order is despatched.  If you do wish to cancel your order it is important that you let us know as soon as possible as we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours and in some cases orders are fulfilled the same day.  If the goods have been despatched already then you have 14 days to return your order and will receive an exchange or credit note as outlined in our returns policy.  Postage costs will not be refunded.

Delivery:

We will normally despatch your order within 2 working days of the order being received.  All orders will be despatched within 5 working days.  If there is going  to be a delay for any reason we will notify you via email.  When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification.  If your order is urgent and you require next day delivery we will do our best to make this possible, there will be an additional charge and you will need to contact us to request this option.  It is possible to choose a different delivery address from your billing address if you wish to have your order delivered to your place of work for example.   Just enter this information when placing your order. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day. All orders are currently despatched using the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service so a signature will be required on delivery, please consider this when you are providing a delivery address for your order and fill in any special delivery instructions when you checkout. We can not be held responsible for items lost through delivery. We always obtain proof of postage and will claim for any lost items and send you a replacement order as soon as possible.  Please note that if the postal address provided for delivery is incorrect we can not be held responsible for items being sent to an incorrect address, please ensure you double check delivery details when you place your order.  If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us for details.

Delivery Costs:

The delivery cost for each order is calculated according to weight, the amount will be shown when you reach the checkout. Guaranteed next day delivery must be specially requested and if we are able to provide this service it will incur an extra charge.

Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us and exchanged for an alternative item or for a credit note which can be used against a future purchase.  All returns must be authorised by us before the item(s) are sent back.  Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.  Please contact us if you wish to make a return and we will give you a unique return number which should be clearly displayed on the item when you return it to us.  An exchange or credit note will be given as long as the items are returned to us within 14 days, are in perfect condition and are in their undamaged, original packaging.  Delivery and return postage costs will not be refunded.  Please obtain proof of postage for any item returned to us so that a claim can be made should the goods be lost in transit.  Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable condition. Once we receive the goods, we will send you an alternative product of your choice or a credit note which can be used against a future purchase.  For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on pierced earrings.  Damages, loss of goods in transit or any other issues concerning delivery must be notified to us within 3 days of your order being shipped.  Damaged or missing goods will be replaced.

Product Descriptions:

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions and photographs displayed on our site are accurate.  However, please note that there could be minor colour or size variations as a large proportion of our products are handmade.  All dimensions provided are approximate.  If you are unhappy with the items you receive please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to offer an exchange in accordance with our returns policy.  Some items may contain small parts so care should be taken around children.

Privacy Policy:

All details provided when you place an order with us are encrypted and stored on our secure server.  We store your details; name, address, telephone number and email address, in order to contact you with regard to your order.  You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into the site and can easily update your information, nobody else has access to your details.  We do not store any payment (credit card) details on our system.  We do not sell customer information to any third parties and will not disclose any of your personal details to anybody unless instructed to do so by you.  Cookies are used on the site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.  You can turn off cookies within your internet browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and choosing to block cookies.
